FIRST AID KIT ON THE GO

Having a small first aid kit to hand that you can keep in the glove compartment in the car, in your baby bag or under the kinderwagon can be literally a real life safer.

Here are a few suggestions to get you started.

1. Pain relief/fever reducer. Paracetamol suppository/drops or iboprufen

2. Thermometer

3. Antihistamine cream

4. Plaster/bandaids

5. Tick remover

6. Antiseptic cream or tea tree oil

7. Suncream

8. Hand sanitiser

9. Emergency foil first aid blanket. Good to have in the car especially in winter

10. Eye wash

11. Teething gel

12. Anti gas drops/suppositories

13. Instant ice pack.
